This Beneteau Oceanis 44CC sailing yacht was built in 1995 with building number 25, manufactured at Beneteau as exhibition ship and sold at the exhibition in Laboe - Germany. The ship has a very high quality teak interior design, protected cockpit with solid windows, very fast keel (from the regatta bestseller 45F5) and comfortable interior layout with very large owner's cabin and a unique head with sit bath. The vessel was in 1996 equipped for a world circumnavigation and sailed to the Canarias Islands. The boat has only been privately used.
The Oceanis 44CC has been constantly serviced and the underwater ship has been painted by the Beneteau dealer in Las Palmas. She is in an excellent technical and good optical condition for her age.
